HUD Manufactured Home Certifications

Federally-backed loans (FHA/VA) require certification by an engineer that the foundation is HUD compliant. Additionally, FHA loans require that any additions such as a deck, carport, or room, are in compliance and do not impact the structural integrity of the home.

King's Guard Home Inspections can not only perform a home inspection for the property, but we also offer services for the required HUD certifications for your loan.

We offer permanent foundation certification services, as well as certifications for additions by partnering with MFD Home Certifications.

 

MFD generally turns around the engineering certifications within 1-2 business days. King's Guard does not charge extra for this expedited service.
