Our owner and inspector Chris King is local to the Charlotte area. He grew up in Mecklenburg county before attending NC State where he received his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Chris then came back to Charlotte to work within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Upon buying and selling a few homes in the area, Chris got exposed to the home inspection industry. Unfortunately, he had a poor personal experience with a home purchase, that cost him and his family undue mental and financial stress.

Fast forward a few more years, Chris decided to start his own home inspection company with the passion and mission to help educate and inform clients on their investment. Chris's background in engineering set him up well to be process driven, diligent, and thorough for his inspections.

Chris is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, which shows his dedication to his profession. Certified Professional Inspectors go through extensive training, are required to stay informed on the industry, and abide to a comprehensive Standards and Practice and Code of Ethics. 

 

Chris lives in Belmont, NC with his wife, two sons, two cats, and two dogs. Chris and his family love their town and are dedicated to providing superior service and quality to the local community.
