Thermal imaging is a valuable tool for home inspections as it can uncover hidden issues that are not visible to the naked eye. With thermal imaging, we can detect moisture, insulation problems, and electrical issues that may not be apparent otherwise. This technology can save homeowners money in the long run by identifying potential problems before they become major issues.

During our home inspections, we use our infrared camera to perform a limited scan of the interior areas. A thermal image is produced on our camera for the surface being examined. This thermal image will have various colors depending on its detected temperature signature. These color variations help us identify potential problem areas that may require further investigation.
