Water Quality Testing
RADON GAS TESTING
We highly encourage testing your potable water when on a private well. If you have a VA or FHA loan, this is usually a requirement for financing. We will check the water for harmful bacteria and other elements, which can endanger your health.

In our area, it is generally recommended to test for total and fecal coliform bacteria every year, test for heavy metals, nitrates, nitrites, lead, and copper every two years, and test for pesticides and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) every five years.

How We Test Water Quality
We will collect water samples from taps inside the home and send the water samples to a lab for testing. We offer two levels of testing to fit our client's needs and budget.
Basic Testing that meets FHA/VA requirements: Coliform, E.coli, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite.
Advanced Testing: Coliform, E.coli, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, Aluminum, Antimony, Arsenic, Barium, Beryllium, Boron, Cadmium, Calcium, Chromium, Cobalt, Copper, Iron, Lithium, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Nickel, Potassium, Selenium, Silver, Sodium, Strontium, Thallium, Titanium, Vanadium, and Zinc.
